NSW: Man dragged undrer car after altercation - police
SYDNEY, Dec 14 AAP - A man was dragged under a car after several attempts to ram him
with the vehicle following a fight in western Sydney overnight, police said.
According to police, a fight developed between three men outside a licensed premises
in North Parade, Mt Druitt, about 3am (AEDT) today.
Witnesses told police one man then got into a Ford sedan and drove it at a second man
a number of times before knocking him down and dragging him about 10 metres along the
road.
The vehicle came to a stop with the man still trapped underneath, police said.
Bystanders lifted the vehicle off the injured man, who was taken by ambulance to Mount
Druitt Hospital suffering cuts and abrasions to his back, police said.
Detectives were interviewing a Mount Druitt man in relation to the matter.
