Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says it has acquired concrete admixture producer Stabiment Hungaria (Vac, Hungary) from Duna-Drava (Vac). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Stabiment Hungaria has sales of about SF2 million/year ($1.6 million), Sika says. Duna-Drava is Hungary's biggest producer of cement and a major ready-mix concrete supplier.
